The following features are available from the Mod Manager:

Multiple profiles
Install mods directly from rar, zip, 7z (7z can be a little problematic, if it crashes the tool, just extract the files and install thru the normal process)
Additional command line arguments can be passed thru to the executing game
Mod Manager can be launched via a shortcut or command line to execute a given profile and then shutdown (setup a shortcut with the following: FrostyModManager.exe -profile )

Notes:

Unzip to a fresh directory, DO NOT unzip over an existing installation, doing so will result in the Editor/Mod Manager not working. This version requires .NET Framework 4.7 at a minimum.
You will require a set of encryption keys to be able to view the FIFA19 data. These keys will not be given out by the development team or on the discord server.

It's called CW 19 (Creation Wizard 19) and is a mix of RDBM and DB Master with a GUI. Edit your career savegame or your database.

You can't edit graphics. Things like Kits, Logos or Stadiums are not importable. Now some tips for the tabs.

Opening:
You can choose between 2 database-icons. If you hover the mouse above, you'll get infos. The left one is for opening a db and the right for career mode saves. You can open every FIFA 19 DB/Lang-DB you want. But I've added the ger,eng-languages and a updated FIFA-DB (squads from 1.6.2019) for a quicker start. Open and edit a Squadsfile is not possible yet!

Player(skills)-Tab:
  • if you opened a career save you can edit your players inside the current career mode
  • reset/set loans = you can set or reset a loan. Resetting will transfer the player back to his "loaned from" team
  • set precontracts = you can set a precontract so the player will join the team you want in career mode on the date you set
  • the head-preview is very experimental (but still thanks to Aranaktu) the previewed beard, hairs, haircolor and skintone are not the real ones... Only the showed head-mesh is taken ingame! 
  • via icon near to the name you can create, import or export a player (do not use this in career mode - editing yet!)
  • create a player works different as in creation master (I don't like these attribute-matrix stuff..the tool takes your values (position etc.) and search for a player with same/near overall and take his attributes). You can also edit his attributes after that..)
  • compute overall = attributes will get up/downgraded to get the overall you want
  • traits are not implemented yet!


Teams/Rosters-Tab:
  • if you opened a career save you can transfer or loan your players inside the current career mode
  • its better to filter by nation/team because "All" takes a long refresh (at the moment... I'll try to improve!)
  • formation, freekick-taker/corner-taker etc. and team-traits are not implemented yet!
  • editing the comp/teamkits sets some entries in "log.txt" (located inside the directory "SlimManger.exe" is)


Leagues-Tab:
  • if you remove a team (via premiere-league-logo-with-minus) it joins to "Rest of World"
  • you can also add teams via the plus-logo
  • loading a league could take a bit if your internet connection is not the best


Importer-Tab:
  • if you ask me thats the coolest feature yet!
  • you can share your edits via a textbox or a txt file!
  • editing compkits/teamkits, transfering and loaning adds entries to the "log.txt" inside the CW-Directory (where SlimManager.exe is)


For Kitmakers:
- change the stuff you want (collar, color of kitnumber etc)
- take the entries from "log.txt" and share it together with your graphics
- so everyone could import the new number-colors etc to their career mode save or database!

Example:
entering the following lines to "importer"-Textbox and click import

For Facemakers:
  • its possible to share a new headassetid and the headclasscode (generic or specifc) to your player
  • just go in players-Tab to your player, set HeadassetID and tick the box "has GameFace" and click on the "writer-Icon" next to these 2 options and it gets added to the log.txt!
  • as Example we download Ofisix's great Akanji here 
  • as he mentioned we need to change Akanjis HeadassetID to 206489 also he needs the headclasscode "0" (so EA takes his "specific game face" instead of his generic EA-Face
  • next time Ofisix could share a txt-file or these line with you and you can import this to your careermode-save or database:

players,229237,headassetid,206489

  • for the players-table it works with every attribute you want. If you want to set tattos for anyone just follow this schema:

Tablename,playerid,Columnname(for example headassetid,headtypecode,potential,stamina),value​

For others:
  • You can also set transfers or loans with this. So its possible someone do every Bundesliga-Transfer for 19/20 and share the Log-File/lines so everyone else could assign it.
  • Examples (transfering Julian Brandt and loaning Kevin de Bruyne to Borussia Dortmund (TeamID = 22))

Career-Mode-Tab:
  • still in developing
  • you can undo Transfers in your career mode (goodbye shitty EA-Transfers :D)
  • you can set the name and head of your manager
  • select a manager from the combobox OR enter the headassetid (you'll get from players tab) of a player to set him as your manager-visual (for example Reus: 188350)

Rinaldo has returned for FIFA 19 with a new tool called Revolution DataBase Master 19 in collaboration with Fidel aka Doctor+ Productions. This tool is very similar in functions with the old Internal Master and allows you do edit the database tables present in the FIFA 19 career and tournament files.


A tutorial on how to use with this tool will be added shortly to this post. Remember that this is a Beta version and some functions may have issues! Please note that in the templates folder of the program you can find a FIFA.xml file containing some db values and their functions but it’s not complete

How to install

1. Install CG File Explorer.  Once CG File Explorer 18 is installed, find the shortcut icon and bring up it's properties, select advanced and check "Run as administrator". The tool requires this regardless of whether or not you have Administrator privilege.

2. Launch CG File Explorer 18.

3. The splash screen will display and a box will be displayed asking you to select your FIFA 18 executable file, browse to the install path containing the executable and select it.

4. Once selected another box will be displayed asking you to select your mod, you will have the option of "None" and "Import Patch" as well as a check box displaying Load Mod Into The Explorer, check it.

5. Select None and CG File Explorer 18 will begin to load the game's files, depending on your machine hardware it will take longer for some
than it will for others, PLEASE be PATIENT.

6. Once CG File Explorer 18 is loaded you will be brought to CG File Explorer 18's main screen.

The FHL-Backup-Tool is a program which lets you backup your whole FIFA installation-directory or only a certain folder inside of it. What it does is basically compressing the files you want to backup and save them as .zip-package. 

By pushing the 'Import'-button you can easily restore those backuped-files. As you start the program,you can see the file-structure of FIFA,which you can expand even further. Now you can uncheck the directories you don't want to include into your backup.

If you exclude a directory,but include its subdirectory,the subdirectory with all its content will be saved,but the content of the excluded directory won't. By excluding a folder,all sub-folders will be excluded too.In this way you can re-include single folders into the backup. 

If your going to backup only a single folder anyway,you better klick onto the first tick which deselects every directory,then you can select whatever you like.

With the FHL-BH-Editor you can see, which files of the fifa-big-files are activated in the bh-files (fifa will not look after them in the folders) and wich files are deactivated (fifa will look after them in the folders). You can activate and deactivate them with checkboxes by easy.

Anyway there are two buttons: Regenerate all bh-files with and without looking after the extern files in the directories. Further there are two buttons to do the same thing but only for a selected bh-file, not for all (works much faster and can be usefull if you edited files of only one big file). The fifa-main-path will be read out automaticly like in all tools made by MyFHL-Editing, so you have not to change it.

Creation Master 14 is a tool which allows you to create and edit players in FIFA 14. Also many features of database editing are available. GUI based Editor for FIFA 14 from A FIFA Master project www.fifa-master.com. Editing FIFA 14 could damage your installation of FIFA 14. It is strongly recommended that you make back-up of your FIFA 14 files before to start editing.

UG Content Import – New feature

In the main menu you can find “UG Content” with two submenus: “Import DB Only” “Import DB and Kits” and “Import KITS only”. Before to use this feature you have to download from the Creation Center of EA Sports a team or a league. It is saved as a file in your “Document\FIFA 14” folder with a name UG.. something.

Click UG Content – Import DB and KITS, select the UG file and just wait. It takes some time to create all the kits but at the end you will see the content of the UG file importent in your database.

If you want just to take a quick look, select “Import DB only”, it is much faster and you can later “import KITS only” or just exit without saving.

Player Overall Tuning – New Feature

Often UG content are not very well tuned, for example all the players could be overestimated. There is a new feature that allows you to increase or decrease the skills of all the players of a team (in the Team Form) or all the players of a league. (In the League Form)

Switch League Ids – New Feature

Using a patch of the file “managermodeseasonobjectivemanager.lua” it is now possible to play a league with any id in career mode. Doing in this way there is a limitation in the assignment of objectives. Instead of using the patch, you can switch the ids of your new league with the id of one of the leagues originally present in the game. For example I have created the new Greek League and I want to play it instead of Airtricity League. Select Super League in the League form, in the box “Switch League Id” select Airtricity League and then click the big button with the two arrows.

Tournament Form – New Feature

This is the major news of CM14 and it is quite complex. I will drive you through the main features with an example: I suppose to have already created a new league for Greece and now we are going to edit the tournament structure.

Create Greece Country in the tournament structure
First select UEFA and then click “Add Nation” button
Select the Database Country “Greece”
Change the 4 chars name to “GREE”

Set weather
Select Portugal and click the “Copy Weather Button”
Select Greece and click the “Paste Weather Button”

Add the league trophy
Select “Eredivisie” and click the “Copy Trophy button”
Select back Greece, in the combo Box select “Super League” as the target league then click the the “Paste Trophy Button”
now we have to adjust some data manually:
in the Trophy Structure page entry Short and Long Name
in the Trophy Ranking Table page select the initial teams

In the Trophy Graphics page
we can skip this for the moment and load the graphics later. FIFA 14 will provide default graphics instead.

Add the National Cup
We can repeat the same steps we did for adding the league trophy for adding the national cup trophy, just select the national cup from Holland and do the same steps

How to Activate a National Team – New Feature

In order to add a National Team in career mode you have, of course, to create the team and then do the next 4 steps:
1. In country form activate the team as the national team of a country and specify the targets for World Cup and Continental Cup.
2. In League form you have to add the team to the list of National Teams, take note of the total number of national teams because you need this for the next step
3. In Competition form, select the International Friendly, go down to the group and select the correct number of teams.
4.  Last but not least you have to modify the International Competitions so that the new team appears as a participant. In this case I cannot give you detailed instructions because it depends from the confederation. As an example you can add your team to G3 of European qualifications.

Audio Form – New Feature

In FIFA 14 it is not possible yet to add or remove audio associated to a player but we can work a little bit with the existing samples just modifying the database. A player can have an audio if:

1. the audio is associated with the player-id (specific audio)
2. the audio is associated with the common-name or the surname of the player (generic audio)

FAQs and Notes

- When using Open - FIFA 14 the program crashes or it appears the message “fifa.fat not found”
Probably you do not have a regular installation of FIFA 14, try using Open - Select All

- Can CM14 open XBOX files ?
CM 14 is for editing PC version, XBOX is not supported.
- When using CM14 I cannot see players or team previously modified with FIFA 14 internal editor. Why?
Editing with CM 14 and in-game editing are incompatible. This is not a bug, it is the way FIFA 14 works. When you start to edit with CM14 you should remove squad files from the folder Document\FIFA 14. You can make in-game editing on a version of FIFA modified with CM14 but, if you use CM14 again, you are going to lose all your in-game editing.

- Can I import files from previous FIFA versions, like head models or textures ?
No. Rx3 file format in FIFA 14 is different, therefore you cannot import directly any Rx3 file from FIFA 13 like 3D model or textures. You can instead import bitmaps.

Creation Master 16 [2.0]

Leagues
Added a control for setting the league prestige, this data will be recorded in the file “international.txt” and is necessary for getting a job offer from that league. If you create a new league, select the value using as an example a league existing in the original database.

Teams
When you are in the Roster page and select a player from the list, you can do several actions just typing keys:

The key > Increases the contract year
The key < Decreases the contract year
The key + Increases the overall value
The key – (minus) Decreases the overall value

A number followed by the enter key will change the jersey number. The key . (dot) will change the color of the name, this is useful for marking a player during an editing session. This information is not saved in the database and is lost when you exit CM16.

Graphics
In this page you can change the images used at startup, in the menu or the icons. The imported image must have the same size of the original image but not for the icons. All the imported cons must be 256 x 256 pixels.

Web Browser
This page will open a web browser, Click the TM icon for connecting to transfermarket. The program recognizes when you are on a page that can be imported:

the detailed page of a squad
the page of a player

The icon for importing the data will become active, clicking the icon a dialogue box similar to the one for importing a CMP patch will be shown. Information imported include: name, birth date, country, contract duration, joining date, position, jersey number.

Existing players are updated.
New players are created assigning an overall that depends from the market value and the age (plus a small amount of randomization) and the player appearance is generated randomly.

Online-Update
It is now possible to update your database using an online database of FIFA 17.

Tools
The Tools menu contains some actions that you can do for improving your database.

Fix Problems
This menu fixes some of the most common problems in the database like:
Teams with missed formation or two formations. Inconsistencies between formation and teamplayer table. Team with missed name, or missed stadium. Players with appearance problems or missed shoes.

For people who loves work with excel it is possible to export a CSV file with all the rosters, edit it manually in Excel and then import back data.

Simplify Player names using country rules
One of the biggest limitation of FIFA 16 is the fact that the playernames table may have only 29000 entries. In order to limit the number of names some riles are applied depending form the nationality of the player.

Minimize Player Names Table
This menu will compact the size of the playernames table so it has no holes.

Remove Fake Players from the Database
The original database contains many fake players (typically for filling Brazilian teams). This menu will remove them from the database.

i68 Fifa12Regenerator is a simple and user friendly tool to rebuild EASports Fifa Series BH files. Application takes care of your modding work: this means that chosing the appropriate option, new BH files will not contain references to all files you have edited and stored directly in folders, also when original files is even contained in your BIG archives!

This year a new feature has been added: now you can regenerate indexes files so that the game ignores all changes made, except the edited graphics files (.rx3). It's an opportunity that will be very useful for those who want to play online with some graphics changes, without having to manually move, each time, edited configuration files (and so on...), that will be ignored by the game. When people will want to get back to playing his saved career, will simply to rebuild again using the default option.

Now i68Regenerator speaks english, italian, chinese and hebrew(!!): for this little miracle I have to thank weff from chinaonfifa.com and Foreza from Israel.
Webmasters who wish to add other languages, may use the template file attached to the program to translate the strings from english, and send it (with the logo of the site, better...) to me! Within a few days, I will return one new version of the program that will use the new language as default.

By clicking the right mouse button, you can set any path as new main game folder. This option is useful for those who love to play in several ways, with more than one version installed at the same time, allowing them to rebuild the indexes correctly and independently for each version.

Project was developed under Microsoft Windows 7 operating system and also tested succesfully with the old good Microsoft Windows XP! I have many good reasons to believe that it can works also on Vista...

The great FifaFS Tool by Mania Software is used to perform operations. All documentation is included according to the author's rules and there is no better opportunity than this, to express all my personal gratitude for this fantastic job that, from many years, allows the whole fifa community to enjoy editing the game easily. CG FIle Server is a tool which when ran along side FIFA 16 allows you to use multiple things in game which would normally require you to restart the game and regen, doing it with CG File Server allows you to hot swap the following depending on certain criteria set out in a ini file:

1.Stadiums

A stadium can be selected depending a various criteria.

1a.Tournament Round (ie Semi Final or Final)
1b.Full Tournament (you can choose multiple stadiums to be used randomly through the full tournament)
1c.home team
1d.the assignment can also be excluded (Fifa World Cup Finals etc….)

2.TV Logos

Different TV logos can be used depending on various criteria. Mostly this will be used using 2b.

2a.Tournament Round (ie Semi Final or Final)
2b.Full Tournament (you can choose multiple stadiums to be used randomly through the full tournament)
2c.home team

3.Scoreboards/popups

Different scoreboards/popups can be used like the above TV Logos. The same criteria must be met for a scoreboard to be loaded. for popus only a certain number can be used which have been externally modified to allow the files to be loaded. this is due to the globalcomponent overlay not being able to be changed in game, so a slight modification has to be made to the files to point to a an external global file

4.Movies

Movies may be loaded before the match, when this option is enabled the skill game before the match will not be playable. this gives the intro a more flowing tv presentation. if enabled and no movie is assigned then a generic 3dgamedevblog movie will be played untill the press start button is displayed.
the criteria for loading movies is as follows:-

4a.Tournament Round (ie Semi Final or Final)
4b.Full Tournament (you can choose multiple stadiums to be used randomly through the full tournament)
4c.Derby match
4d.home team
4e.Stadium Movie

Install Intsructions :

1. Install CG File Server 16 v1

1.Extract and place in your fifa16 root directory.
2.run Server16.exe
3.selected fifa16.exe
4. install needed files by followng the numbered buttons (1,2,3)
1 = setup gbd folder and FSW main folder
2 = Extract needed friles from the bigs
3 = regen the bh
5. enable movie server if so wish by ticking the checkbox,
6. enable auto game start if so wish by ticking the checkbox
7. play the game
8. assigning!
8.1 to assign alt/enter out of the game @ the kickoffhub(screen before skill game)
8.2 right click on server16 notification icon, select either assign movies or scoreboards
8.3 choose from your options
8.4 once back in game go back to the kit select then forward so that the process can kick in and auto import you choices
8.5 play and enjoy

This tool lets you switch FIFA 16 SCOREBOARD while playing the game. Now you can easily change any scoreboard you like for free !

Installation:

1. Run INSTALLER as Administrator and Install “FIFA 16\” folder.

2. Launch FIFA 16 TV Scoreboard Changer (Run as administrator), please note !

* Be sure FIFA 16 not running while applying this step *
* For the first time running, the tool needs PATCH “some files” in “.bh files”
* This step only done for the first time or after applying Official Patch from EA ORIGIN *

3. Click on “mBH PATCHER” and Click PATCH

* Now you can start both FIFA 16, Scoreboard Changer *

4. Select Scoreboard --> Click IMPORT

* The Scoreboard will be visible when you choose RESTART MATCH in PAUSE MENU (In case you’re in match) *

* Tip: before starting match from menu, ALT + TAB to SCOREBOARD CHANGER, select scoreboard and import *

If you want to add your own files, do as following:

1. Click “OPEN FOLDER”

2. Create new folder, e.g: My New SB

3. Name your files as “overlay_xx02.big”

4. Make “preview” photo (ratio: 16:9)

5. If you have fonts, create “fonts” folder inside “My New SB”, puts “fonts.txt” and “****.ttf” there. When you click import, the tool automically compare and copy fonts to FIFA 16.
