World Soccer: Winning Eleven 9 in North America and Japan, sometimes mislabeled as World Soccer Winning Eleven 9 International is a football video game developed and produced by Konami as part of the Pro Evolution Soccer series.

With featuring Arsenal and Chelsea it is the first release of the series which offered fully licensed clubs from the Premier League, which is one of the 3 unlicensed leagues of the game. There are also 3 licensed leagues just like in the predecessor Pro Evolution Soccer 4. The game also includes 3 fully licensed leagues, which are the Spanish Liga Española, the Dutch Eredivisie and the Italian Serie A (with the exception of Cagliari).

We all know that this game Winning Eleven 9 Liveware Evolution probably one of the best football game ever made. Some people are still playing this game because they can't afford to play new PES game from KONAMI ( some of them have low specification PC ).

If you already have the game installed than just replace your existing files with this ones. If not, you can download any version of the game and it will work fine. Just remember not to copy/paste the kitserver but remove yours first and than copy this one to avoid possible crashes.

Installation

1. Extract kitserver with WinRAR, copy & paste it to your WE 9 LE installation folder

C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Winning Eleven 9\

2. Go to C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Winning Eleven 9\Kitserver, run setup.exe as adminstrator and in kitsever game excecutable, click install.

3. Extract all rar files of faces, balls, uni, boots with WinRAR and move all extracted folders ( faces, balls, uni, boots ) to

C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Winning Eleven 9\Kitserver\GDB

4. Extract Option File with WinRAR, copy and paste KONAMI-WIN32WE9UOPT to 

Documents/KONAMI/Winning Eleven 9/save/folder1

5. Done !

This update works online, just follow the video here. If you're english user, you don't have to install its graphic menu !

Feature: 

- Modified ball physics - completely different feel to player/ball interactions. 

- Lower gravity and modified air resistance for a heavier ball    : goal kicks travel further

- Less of the stupid bounce between passes - more realistic through balls and ball is more 'alive'

- Reduced stickiness to player's feet - the ball rolls away from the feet more and makes first touch more important.
