Installation : 

1. Copy files to PES 2015 location

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2015\Data

2. Open the game and go in game to "Extras"/"System Settings"/"Language Settings" 

3. Choose your language :)

4. Done !
