Installation :
1. Install EvoSwitcher 2019
2. Extract with WinRAR & copy the folder to your PES 2019 game folder
C:\Program Files(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2019\modules\EvoSwitcher\EvoGraphic\
3. Open EvoGraphic.lua with Notepad and delete "--" line from the Community Shield line
4. Save and play
