Soccerfandom respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, soccerfandom will respond to claims of copyright infringement committed using the soccerfandom service or the soccerfandom website www.soccerfandom.com (the "Site") if such claims are reported to soccerfandom' Designated Copyright Agent identified in the sample notice below.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and emailing it to soccerfandom' designated support email address. Upon receipt of Notice as described below, soccerfandom will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the site. To expedite our ability to process your infringement notification, please use the following steps:

DMCA Infringement Notification
  • Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or - if this Notice covers multiple copyrighted works - you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
  • Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and to which access is to be disabled, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the Site or the exact location where such material may be found.
  • Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  • Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
  • "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (eg: as a fair use)."
  • "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of, the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
  • Provide your full legal name and your electronic signature

DMCA Counter Notification
  • Pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the Act, the subscriber may make a counter notification. To file a counter notification with us, you must provide a written communication by email that sets forth the items specified below. Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is not infringing the copyrights of others. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether certain material infringes the copyrights of others, we suggest that you first contact an attorney. To expedite our ability to process your counter notification, please use the following steps:
  • Identify the name of the soccerfandom Site with respect to which soccerfandom has blocked access.
  • Please send us your full contact info including your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) of the DMCA or an agent of such person.
  • Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that transmission of the soccerfandom site identified above was blocked as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be blocked."
  • Provide your full legal name and your electronic signature

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for an email response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our Internet Service Provider will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due the complaint not properly being filed.
